Sharon Pearson started The Coaching Institute 'TCI' after establishing her own very successful coaching practice in Melbourne. Since then she has developed three programs life coaching students can participate in, all which receive very positive feedback and reviews.

Sharon works with a team of five people plus 35 mentors who are dedicated to delivering an outstanding program. They have trainers in each state as well as a dedicated Student Support Line managed by an accredited coach.

The Coaching Institute in Australia provides courses in Cert IV & Diploma of Life Coaching; Cert IV in Business and becoming an NLP Practitioner with high level of support and training materials..

It provides a strong coaching community/network throughout Australia through forums, clubs and study groups. The Coaching Institute offers many different training methods, including live coaching demo's, group mentoring, professional development classes.
