Created in 1996, Results Life Coaching, based in Sydney, Australia was founded by David and Lisa Rock. David is an entrepreneur/brand builder, his second book entitled Quiet Leadership was published by HarperCollins this past spring. Lisa is a Professional Certified Coach with a background in production and advertising.

Results Life Coaching programs include competencies and performance assessments, which let people see how they are doing as coaches and gives them feedback during the process.

Training is both in-person and by teleclass. You begin with the three month Intensive Coach Training to deliver the basic coaching skills. The ICT is run in three different formats. The Live Training program consists of 3 face to face weekends plus 10 teleclasses held once a week. The Remote Learning program is 24 one hour teleconference calls, run twice a week plus homework.

Results Coaching now has 2 Master Certified Coach's with more on the way. plus a list of PCC's. Richard Bentley of Results Coaching Systems UK is one of the At Large Directors of ICF through 2007.

From the web site it seemed I could find a Results Coach in 27 countries. However, when I clicked on all the countries, most of them said there are currently no coaches there - so this felt a bit misleading.

The terms and conditions say if you are asked to leave due to violating their policies you will not get a refund. We have heard both positive and negative feedback about this school. Please do your homework carefully, and make sure you are aware of all policies.
